OBR First Quarter News 2025

The OBR Quarterly

Celebrating 30 Years | Safety in Action | Growth on the Horizon

30 Years of OBR Cooling Towers

OBR marks a significant milestone—30 years in business. From day one in 1994 when Peter Poll started OBR out of the trunk of his car, to a national company with over 250 employees and 10 locations, our story has always been about people, relationships, and purpose.

We recently released a 30-Year Anniversary Video(Link) that captures the journey, shares stories from longtime team members, and highlights the values that continue to drive us forward.

“Hitting 30 years is an incredible milestone, but honestly, I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. We are focused on growth, investing in our people and tools, and staying true to the values that got us here. The future of OBR is full of opportunity—as the industry changes, we are prepared for what is next and making sure we continue to put our clients and employees first.”
Phillip Poll - President and CEO of The OBR Companies

Tech Upgrades That Move Us Forward

OBR Blog Page Image

We recently brought much of our sales team to the corporate office—and others joined remotely—for a hands-on rollout of our new, custom-built CRM system. This upgrade is fully integrated with our HubSpot Marketing platform and is built to help us respond faster, quote smarter, and communicate better.

This investment reflects our commitment to staying ahead and creating an even stronger experience for our customers. Thanks to Jimmy Palacios and the team at @root16 for helping us bring this to life.
